We are both the same age, 21, and started to hit it off. We were flirting and starting to become friends, however we never dated. We did like each other. However, a few months after he started working, things were changing. I don't remember what exactly happened, but I do remember saying that he was good looking, but had no brains. That was the worst thing I said to him. His response went along the lines of disrespecting me to the point where he was calling me names, which I won't repeat, but I'm sure any woman can figure them out. Well, it got back to the boss and what did she do? Nothing. No suspension, nothing. I don't even think she talked to him about it. Yet, I don't show enough respect to a couple of the older people working there and get a 3 day suspension for it?!?! Why should I give respect to them, if they didn't give enough respect to me? Anywho, guys can disrespect woman and not have anything happen to them; yet a woman does it and she gets suspended or fired or something along the lines of that?!?!
